FW CREATION / PRIVACY
Your information.
Updated 8 November 2026. This notice describes enquiries made through this website. Contact info@fwcreation.com with privacy questions or to exercise your rights.
What we collect and why
When you contact FW Creation, we receive your name, email address, project brief and any information you choose to include. We use this to reply, discuss your requirements and prepare a quote. Please do not send passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in an enquiry.
For requests about a potential contract with you, we use your information to take steps at your request before entering that contract. For business enquiries made on behalf of an organisation, our legitimate interest is responding to relevant enquiries and arranging our services.
How the enquiry form works
The form prepares an email in your own email app. It does not submit your brief to our server. You choose whether to send that email. Once sent, it is handled by your email provider and our Google Workspace email service.
Hosting and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information such as IP addresses and request details to deliver and protect it. Google Workspace processes messages sent to our business inbox. These services may process information internationally under their applicable data protection arrangements. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and retention
We aim to remove unsuccessful enquiry correspondence within 12 months of the last meaningful contact, unless needed to resolve a dispute or meet a legal obligation. If you become a client, we explain the records needed for delivery, billing and our agreement separately.
Browser storage
This website uses session storage to carry a selected service from the services page to the enquiry form. It is removed when used or when the browsing session ends. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to our use of your data. Contact our email above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
Updates
We will update this page when our contact process or services change.
